# Missing Titles

Indexable pages with a blank or missing HTML title tags.

## What issues it may cause

The page title is prominently displayed within search engine results pages and pages without a title may rank less effectively, or the search engines will generate a title tag which may be sub-optimal for a good click-through-rate.

## How do you fix it

The pages should be reviewed, and unique title tags created which target the search queries the page is optimized for.

## What is the positive impact

If the titles are optimized for the search terms you are targeting, they may see higher click-through-rates resulting in more traffic and conversions.

## How to fetch the data for this report template

You will need to run a crawl for report template to generate report. When report has been generated and you have
crawl id you can fetch data for the report using the following query:
